Grace of God
By the grace of God I am what I am.
But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace toward me was not in vain.
Dear brothers and sisters, a warm welcome in the loving name of Lord Jesus Christ!
According to the verse from Epistle 1 Corinthians 15:10 (ESV), Apostle Paul gave his testimony of the work of God’s grace in his life. Paul says that he is the least of all the Apostles. Also unworthy to be even called as the Apostle of Jesus Christ. Though Paul was the most highly qualified and worked much harder than any of all the Apostles, he considered nothing as his own. But attributed everything about him as by the grace of God. Most importantly he proclaimed that he was what he was by the awesome grace of God. Moreover, the grace toward him was not fruitless.
Live by the grace of God.
So brethren, what about us? What is our testimony for the glory of God? Whether we have any great and noteworthy achievements are not, the fact remains; we are what we are by the grace of God. Should we not be grateful that we are alive and ticking by His grace alone? Remember all good and best things are from the Heavenly Father through our Lord Jesus Christ. Maybe you say there are no good things in my life and question the presence of God’s grace.
Dear brother/sister, deeply introspect yourselves. Did you ever gave God a chance? When did you draw near to Him? Did you cast all your burdens upon Him and sought for His mighty works to happen in your life? If your answer is no for the most; straight away get on to your knees and seek for His forgiveness and His mighty intervention. As the Scripture according to Philippians 4:6-7 says, He will give His peace and understanding when you submit by prayer and petition.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
His grace is sufficient.
Finally brethren, His grace is sufficient for us as His power is made perfect in weakness. Therefore, let us fully submit to the living God and be under His grace in Jesus name. Amen.
