Watered Abundantly

The trees of the Lord are watered abundantly.

‘The trees of the Lord are watered abundantly, the cedars of Lebanon that he planted. ‘

Psalm 104:16 ESV

All the glory, praises and honor be to the Holy Father in Jesus Christ’s precious name!

The subject verse from the Book of Psalms brings before us the divine providence of the Almighty God. The Cedar trees of Lebanon are of great value in the sight of the Israelites of the Old Testament times. The trees are assumed to be planted by the Almighty God. Though it is very true, for the whole creation is the Lord’s. But these trees of the wilderness are not under the human care, but surely under the care of the Creator. He cares for the birds of the air, as well as all the other living beings on the earth. Likewise, the Living God also takes care of these trees.

Waters abundantly

The righteous ones of the Almighty God are like his planted trees. For He is the one who takes care of them and waters them abundantly. Surely, there shall be no lack under His mighty care. Moreover, they shall flourish and grow strong under His nourishment. Truly, the scripture says that those who are planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish.

They are planted in the house of the Lord ; they flourish in the courts of our God.

Psalms 92:13 NKJV

The Almighty God’s providence for His children is more than what He does for the Cedars of Lebanon. And those who walk His path of righteousness are under His care. Therefore, please submit to the Living God and walk in His care. In Jesus’ precious and matchless name be blessed. Amen.

PS: God’s love sans bounds for the mankind whom He created in His image. Out of His pure and pristine love, He sent His only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ in to this world. Yes, Jesus Christ came to die for the whole mankind by taking all of our sins upon Himself. He became the Sacrificial Lamb to make us right with the Almighty God. Therefore, He took all our sins and bore the Cross for us. And we are made perfect by cleansing our sins with His shed blood. Moreover, this shed blood of Jesus Christ speaks for all who have accepted Him as their Lord and Savior.
