Dear friends, let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for God. 2 Corinthians 7:1

Bless the Lord! Give all the praises to the living God! Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, greetings and warm wishes!

God is holy. First of all, the holiness of God is absolutely unique and inestimable. Certainly, His holiness is not something we can comprehend and compare with any of other saints, apostles or prophets. Also it written in the Bible according to 1 Samuel 2:2, “There is no one holy like the Lord …”.

Above all, the almighty God is forever praised for his holiness. Also the scripture clearly says according to Revelation 4:8:

“Each of the four living creatures had six wings and was covered with eyes all around, even under its wings. Day and night they never stop saying: Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come.”

Even though we are nothing in terms of holiness, but still God called us as his children. Most importantly, God wants us to be holy for He is holy (1 Peter 1:16). Importantly, if we want to see God then we need to become holy. Holiness is something which starts from within. From all the quarters, inwards to the outwards, we need to be holy. Therefore, let us purify ourselves from all kinds of filthiness. Let our bodies be cleansed thoroughly by the blood of Jesus and be presented to the living God. As the scripture says, let us perfect our holiness out of reverence for the almighty God. Therefore, fully submit to the Lord and seek His anointing to be perfect and holy in His sight.

Finally, also seek His righteousness and His holy kingdom. Our God surely grants us when we ask in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
