Beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, warm welcome and best wishes in the precious name of our Lord Jesus!

The above subject verse (Psalms 34:7) talks about the angelic protection which God establishes for His children. Every Christian knows that the love of God for the mankind is immeasurable. Most importantly, the almighty Heavenly Father sent His only begotten Son, Lord Jesus Christ into this world for our sake. Because, God’s love for the mankind is boundless. I believe, it is for the same reason that we have the protection of His angels.

Angels to guard us

As the subject verse says, God places His angels around those who fear Him. Truly, how great is our love of God. Isn’t it wonderful and thrilling to know that we all have the angels encamping around us? Yes, the angels are instituted for our protection and deliverance from our troubles. There are many verses in the Bible, how God uses His angels for the protection of His children. The following below verses (Psalms 91:11-12), tells us more about God’s concern for his faithful children. Specifically, the omnipotent God commands his angels to guard us in all our ways. Furthermore, they are ready to lift us up, even when we are about to strike our foot against any obstacle in our way.

11. For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways;

12. they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.

Psalms 91:11-12

The ministering spirits

The Bible says, angels are not only our protectors but also the ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation. Therefore, it is also clear that the angels serve the believers who are rightly walking in the way of the Lord.

Are not all angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation?

Hebrews 1:14 NIV

From all the above, it is plain that all faithful children of God have the angelic protection. Therefore, let us faithfully submit to God and acknowledge His works in our lives. Above all, let us thank the living God for His divine protection in the mighty and matchless name of Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.
