He comforts us in all our troubles.
He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us.
All the glory, praises and honor be to the Holy Father in Jesus’ precious name!
The Omnipotent God is our comforter. As the subject verse says, He comforts us in all our troubles. Moreover, like a mother who comforts her children, we shall be comforted. Our Lord shall never leave those who are downcast, but shall comfort them and lift them from their miseries. From the context of the subject verse, we could make out that the Apostle Paul considers himself be comforted by the Living God. Though he went through various trials and tribulations, it was the Lord who comforted him in all those ordeals. And the effect of Lords comfort kept him going in way of the Lord.
Love of God
The subject verse also brings before us God’s unconditional love for all. For this love of God comforted all of us whether we acknowledge it or not. Yes, this love of God gave us the only Begotten Son of God. The love God showed to the mankind is evident in the sacrifice of Lord Jesus Christ. Yes, Jesus died for the whole humanity. And those who turn away from their sins and repent, believing in the Son of God shall be saved. Furthermore, the Bible says that as long as we live in this world, we shall have trials and tribulations. But the Lord who overcame this world remains our strength and our comforter during all these hardships.
In the likeness of God
We are to live our lives in the way of the Lord. As He comforts us, we are to comfort those who are troubled. Moreover, we are to give them the same comfort that our Lord gave us. And to be able to do this, we shall seek the Lord to mold us in the perfect will of the Holy Father,
In Jesus’ matchless and mighty name be blessed to comfort others. Amen.
