Words of the Wise
Words of the wise, spoken quietly, should be heard.
Words of the wise, spoken quietly, should be heard Rather than the shout of a ruler of fools.
Beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, warm wishes and greetings in the wonderful name of our Lord Jesus Christ!
The subject verse (Ecclesiastes 9:17) brings before us the words of wisdom from the written word of God. Words of the wise, spoken quietly, should be heard. No matter who the person might be or how lowly he talks, we are to hear his words. For all those who are blessed in Christ are blessed with wisdom and knowledge. And those who are wise, shall surely seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness. The Bible says that the tongue of the wise adorns knowledge while the mouth of the foolish gushes folly.
The tongue of the wise uses knowledge rightly, But the mouth of fools pours forth foolishness.
Therefore beloved, let us all turn to the only begotten Son of God, Jesus Christ. For He is our Savior and Lord. The Bible says, whoever listens to Him and does what He commands are sure to become wise. We by our own wisdom can never do any concrete thing. And those who shout to declare their wisdom are nothing but like the ruler of fools.
Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock:
Finally brethren, let us turn to the Living God and seek His wisdom and knowledge. Most importantly, let every request be made to the Holy Father in the mighty and matchless name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
