Greetings and warm wishes in the mighty and matchless name of our Lord Jesus Christ!

Jesus is our friend.

Dear friends, what a great day to praise and bless the Lord! As a matter of fact, everyday is great to praise the living God. First and foremost, give thanks to the Lord for He gave us a chance to be called as His friend. Yes, Jesus said this according to John 15:14 (NIV) :

You are my friends if you do what I command.

But to be a real friend like Him, we need to accept what He commands us to do. It is obvious that we do not become His friend if we do not love others like Him. Truly, He commands us to love others like Him. According to the verse John 15:12‭ (NIV):

My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you.

Therefore beloved, let us be fervent to become friend of our Lord Jesus first by loving Him the most and show the same spotless love even to others. Our Lord Jesus is not only a friend, but also our intercessor. While on earth, our Lord Jesus continually made intercession for all, as it is evident from the verse Hebrews 5:7:

During the days of Jesus’ life on earth, he offered up prayers and petitions with fervent cries and tears to the one who could save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverent submission.

Jesus our intercessor.

Most importantly, our Lord Jesus who is at the right hand of God is continually interceding for us. Yes, the Bible says so according to Romans 8:34:

Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us.

Finally brethren, let us pray to God with full of love and compassion for everybody. Let us humble ourselves and seek the well being of all and especially never forget to pray for those who specially asks us to do. All the glory to the living God in Jesus name. Amen.
