The Lord Preserves

Love the Lord , all his faithful people! The Lord preserves those who are true to him, but the proud he pays back in full.

All the glory, praises and honor be to the Holy Father in Jesus’ precious and matchless name !

The Psalmist, king David brings before us the truth that he found out in respect of the Almighty God. This truth of God remarkably influences the lives of His children. All those who love and trust in the Almighty God are blessed to receive His goodness and care in their lives. The Psalmist puts before us his experience in trusting the Omnipotent God. Till he got to sit on his throne, David was pursued relentlessly by king Saul. At every opportunity, Saul tried to kill David. But David’s reliance on the Living God got him the divine protection. And God preserved David as he faithfully sought Him.

Be faithful and thankful to God

Therefore, the Psalmist exhorts us to apply this truth and glorify the Almighty all throughout of our lives. Yes, the wisdom revealed to us through this subject verse shall preserve our lives. Just as the below word of God says, be thankful to the Almighty God in all circumstances. The important mention here is that it is the God’s will for us in Christ.

give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

1 Thessalonians 5:18 NIV

The holy scriptures says that God shows Himself as faithful to those who are faithful to Him. Also He guards the path of the righteous and protects the way of his faithful ones. While the proud and the wicked shall receive His harsh punishment. Therefore brethren, let us not lean on our abilities, talents or understanding. But put all our faith and trust in the Almighty God and be lead in His ways. For He leads us in the paths of righteousness. Furthermore, let us thrive to be holy for God also wants us to be holy.

In Jesus’ precious and matchless name. Amen.
