Fall short of glory

We all fall short of the glory of God.

For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ! Loving greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ!

In the first place, all the praise and honor be to the living God. Praise and exalt His mighty name for His grace and mercy that sustains us. Let us glorify His mighty name. Even the heavens declare the glory of the omnipotent God. As the Psalmist quotes according to Psalm 19:1:

The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.

The Bible says that there is none who is good and we all have sinned. There is nobody in this world who can claim that they are sinless. As rightly said by King David, we also like everyone in this world are conceived in sin with the fall of Adam. The verse Psalms 51:5 says:

Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, And in sin my mother conceived me.

Become righteous through Jesus Christ.

Now it is evident that we all fall short of the glory of God on account of our sinful birth and sinful living. Even though the humanity fully covered itself with thick miry and stinky sin, the ever-loving God chose not to leave us to the fate of law. He gave His own begotten Son to redeem us from our own sins and transgressions. By His grace He chose to count us amongst the righteous through the faith in His Son. The Almighty God did not spare His Son for our sake. Although we are worthy to be condemned, He chose to justify us freely and give the eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. As the Scripture says according to Romans 6:23:

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Therefore, let us submit to our Lord in faith for He is the way, the truth and the life. Jesus shed His blood on the Calvary cross so as to atone us. So wash in His blood all the sins and become a new creation. And live the life to do the will of the Heavenly Father and glorify His name in all things through Jesus’ matchless name. Amen.
